EULA - End User License Agreement

MAX-BID-TIMER END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Please read this document carefully before proceeding. By selecting
the "I agree with..." checkbox, you are confirming your acceptance of
the software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this
Agreement. If you do not wish to do so, press the "Exit" button and do
not install the software.

1. LICENSE

Max-Bid-Timer is distributed "AS IS". No warranty of any kind is
expressed or implied, Including, but not limmited to, the implied warranties of
merchantability and fittness for a particular purpose. You use this software entirely
at your own risk.

The author will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other
kind of loss while downloading, installing, using or misusing this software or any
of its component parts.

2. DISTRIBUTION

The user is granted a non-exclusive license to use
Max-Bid-Timer on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for any legal
purpose, at a time. The Max-Bid-Timer software may not be rented or
leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it
agrees to terms of this license. If you would like to enter into a Site
or Network License, please contact Max-Bid-Timer (sales@max-bid-timer.co.uk).

Any unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination
of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Stuart Jones.

You may not make or distribute copies of Max-Bid-Timer, or
electronically transfer it from one computer to another or over a
network. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or
otherwise reduce the Max-Bid-Timer Software to a human-perceivable form. You
may not modify, rent, resell for profit, distribute or create derivative
works based upon the Max-Bid-Timer or any part thereof.

3. AGREEMENT

Installing and using Max-Bid-Timer signifies acceptance of these
terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
Max-Bid-Timer files from your storage devices and cease to use the
product.
